By accessing or using the Syntegra platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT Syntegra Teknologi Indonesia ("Syntegra", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Syntegra provides an AI-powered SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform that enables businesses to audit, optimize, and monitor their website's visibility on traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI). The Service includes automated audits, content recommendations, structured data generation, competitor analysis, and reporting tools.

3. Account Registration and Approval

Access to the Service requires registration and approval by Syntegra. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Syntegra reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion. Approved accounts may be suspended or terminated if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or if the Terms are violated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent from Syntegra
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the AI models, audit algorithms, GEO scoring methodology, and user interface — are owned by Syntegra and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted to the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi / UU PDP).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Syntegra does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that SEO/GEO recommendations will guarantee specific search ranking outcomes. Search engine algorithms change frequently and results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syntegra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

Syntegra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Syntegra menyediakan platform SEO dan GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) berbasis AI yang memungkinkan bisnis untuk mengaudit, mengoptimalkan, dan memantau visibilitas website mereka di mesin pencari tradisional maupun mesin pencari berbasis AI seperti ChatGPT, Perplexity, dan Google AI.

Syntegra mematuhi Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP). Data pribadi Anda diproses sesuai dengan Kebijakan Privasi kami.

4. Hukum yang Berlaku

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia. Setiap sengketa yang timbul akan diselesaikan di pengadilan yang berwenang di Jakarta, Indonesia.
